You can self-refer into one of the below by visiting HelpFinder, inputting your postcode and the age of the person with the eating disorder. This will show you a list of Beat services available in Scotland and you can choose one to self-refer into. Alternatively you can find out more about each programme below:
Momentum is a support service for those 18 or over who have Binge Eating Disorder or are experiencing binge-eating episodes.
