Step Out

Step Out is our summer walking challenge—an uplifting way to come together with the people who matter most, head outside, and make every step count for those affected by eating disorders.

Whether it’s a gentle stroll in your local park, a coastal hike, or a long countryside ramble, your walk can help someone find the support they desperately need. There’s no set distance, no strict rules—just choose a route you love and Step Out in a way that feels right for you.

When: Monday 22nd - Sunday 29th June (or pick a date in June that works for you)

How to get started:

  1. Sign up
Register for Step Out — once you do, you’ll receive a digital fundraising pack filled with tips and resources.
  2. Get your walking pals together
Invite friends, family, colleagues, or your local community. Walking alongside others helps raise even more awareness and support.
  3. Set up your JustGiving page
Create a team page on JustGiving to fundraise together — or set up your own individual page if you’re walking solo.
  4. Choose your route
A city stroll? Woodland wander? Coastal adventure? You decide.
  5. Step Out!
Walk together on your chosen day and know you’re helping change lives.
