Beat aims to deliver all services, information and communications in an accurate, effective, friendly and efficient manner, however we realise that there may be times when our work may fall short of expectations. If this happens, we want to hear about it and welcome your feedback so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible and make changes to stop it happening again.
Mostly when we receive feedback that indicates someone has concerns or has not been entirely happy with any aspect of our activities, we are able to look into the issue and identify any lessons for us to learn. We can then reply to the person to apologise and set out the actions we have taken.
However, sometimes this does not resolve the problem satisfactorily or it is more serious. In this situation, please send an email to the team you have been communicating with to explain your concerns or complete the online complaints form.
