Eating disorder hub for friends and families (formerly POD) is Beat's e-learning platform for anyone supporting someone with an eating disorder. The hub provides you with a space to learn, share and find community through workshops, courses and forums.

We offer a coaching service via our Helpline. Our Eating disorder support for family members (formerly Nexus) is a safe and supportive space where a family member will gain a better understanding of their loved one’s (aged 13+) eating disorder and develop skills to help aid recovery.
Our training courses for those caring for a loved one with anorexia or bulimia provides you with a better understanding of eating disorders, as well as ways to help your loved one on the path to recovery and tips for looking after yourself. We run a range of workshops both online and throughout the country – you can find out more here.

Caring for someone who has been diagnosed with an eating disorder can feel overwhelming and exhausting. It's important you have your own support network and coping mechanisms.
