If you have personal experience of an eating disorder or current health issues, you should not take part in the London Marathon if doing so could put your health and wellbeing in jeopardy. Successful applicants who have had any experience of an eating disorder will be required to partake in our safeguarding process to ensure you are able to participate safely in the event.

Your fundraising will support our Helpline services; anyone who is worried about themselves or a loved one can contact our Helpline, so that no one has to face an eating disorder alone. But our work doesn’t stop there. Your donations could help us educate schools and workplaces to spot the signs of eating disorders and guide students and colleagues to the right support; enable us to run online platforms and group sessions for those supporting a loved one with an eating disorder; and to campaign across the UK for greater awareness and understanding. Your support also helps ensure healthcare professionals are better informed and empowered to make timely referrals to high-quality treatment - and so much more.
