Brew for Beat 2026

Brew for Beat is our amazing coffee morning campaign, taking place on Friday 16 October 2026.

Our campaign aims to bring people together over a cuppa to spark conversations, increase understanding of eating disorders, and raise vital funds for those affected.

Whether you're hosting at work, at home, in school, college, or with a community group, Brew for Beat is a simple and meaningful way to make a difference.

Gather friends, colleagues, classmates, or neighbours, put the kettle on, and invite people to donate whilst learning more about eating disorders and the support available.

Every cup shared helps fund life-changing services, information, and support for people living with eating disorders and their loved ones.

By taking part, you're helping create more open conversations, challenge stigma, and ensure that nobody faces an eating disorder alone.
