New Carers Peer Support Group

When you are supporting someone with an eating disorder you can feel alone and like no one understands.

So we've developed an online peer support group to help you connect with others.

Led by an experienced eating disorder clinician, you will be in a safe and friendly space to talk with others going through the same as you, share stories, ideas and tips and learn new ways to cope and feel supported. This group is for anyone supporting a child, parent, friend or partner.

This group is only available in Scotland. If you are supporting someone with ARFID please check out our Endeavour support group.
