You can self-refer into one of our programmes if you are supporting someone with ARFID (Avoidance/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) - no diagnosis needed. We have a range of fully funded programmes for those supporting a friend or family member in Scotland to help you gain confidence and develop the skills you need to support your loved one.
Endeavour is a free weekly peer support group for parents and carers of children and young people aged 5-15, with an ARFID diagnosis or who are displaying ARFID behaviours.
