London Services for Carers

In partnership with London’s 3 Children and Young People’s Mental Health Inpatient Provider Collaboratives and Healthy London Partnership, we are offering Nexus and Solace as additional support for parents and carers who are based in London.

Nexus

Nexus is a telephone support service for parents, siblings, partners, and others caring for a loved one who has an eating disorder.

Solace

Solace is a free video-based support group hosted weekly over Zoom for anyone supporting somebody with an eating disorder.

Helpline

Our dedicated helpline number and email address for people in London is open 365 days a year from 9am – Midnight during the week, and 4pm – Midnight on weekends and bank holidays.

Callers can call the confidential free phoneline or email for friendly, non-judgmental advice regarding an eating disorder or supporting someone with an eating disorder.
