Services for Carers in Wales

Along with our helplines, Beat offers a range of services for people in Wales who may be supporting someone with an eating disorder.

Endeavour

Endeavour is a carer support group for parents/carers of young people aged 5-15, with an ARFID (Avoidance/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) diagnosis and/or displaying ARFID behaviours.

Nexus

Nexus is a telephone support service for parents, siblings, partners, and others caring for a loved one who has an eating disorder.

POD - Peer Support and Online Development for Carers

POD is here for anyone supporting someone with an eating disorder. Join our online community to find a space to learn, share experiences, and find support.

Coping with Celebrations

Understand the challenges that celebrations can bring – and how to handle them.
