ARFID support for family members (formerly Anchor) is a safe and supportive space where a family member will gain a better understanding of ARFID and develop skills to support their child or young person aged 5-17.
How does it work?
How can I access ARFID support for family members (formerly Anchor)?
It's currently available without referral for those based in Scotland, Wales, Kent and York.
We are working hard to expand access to our ARFID support for family members programme. To find out which of our services are available in your area, go to HelpFinder and enter your postcode and the age of the person you are supporting.
In the meantime, if you need support or just someone to talk to who knows what you're going through, contact our Helpline.
