Is it the right challenge for me?

This trail is graded as 'tough' as you will be trekking over 5 consecutive days, in high altitude and varied temperatures.

This challenge is suitable for all ages with the correct training.

The minimum age to take part is 18 years old (14-17 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian).

You will be supported on the challenge by local guides, and a trek leader from the UK.

There will also be regular rest stops for drinks and snacks – there is no problem if you need to take more rest stops. This trek has been designed to maximise your chances for sufficient acclimatisation to the altitude (i.e. the speed at which you trek, the route taken, acclimatisation days taken and the number of highly trained experts in the support team).

Why else should I take part?
