ASOS, the online fashion retailer, were in partnership with Beat from 2013 to 2019.

ASOS helped Beat to provide online support services and our 365 day Helpline for people of all ages who are affected by these serious mental illnesses.

In the last year, 7,000 people accessed the online support groups, which aim to reduce isolation from these incredibly lonely illnesses, encourage individuals to seek help, and empower them on their way to recovery.

With the help of partners like ASOS, we hope to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders.

Sunrise Brokers/BGC

Beat are proud to have been chosen as a charity partner by Sunrise Brokers, part of the BGC group and to have taken part in the BGC Charity Day 2018. 

Thank-you to Sunrise Brokers, BGC, and Cantor Fitzgerald, and to our celebrity representatives Frank Bruno, Victoria Pendleton, Hannah Macleod and Susannah Townsend for getting on the phones on the trading floors and making lots of deals to help all those affected by eating disorders.

Charity Day

Orri is an intensive day treatment service for eating disorders.

Orri has been in partnership with Beat since January 2019 and supports the Beat on the Ground initiative, Carer Skills training workshops and provides clinical resources to support Beat’s helpline.

Beat on the Ground has been developed to provide training presentations to schools, colleges and universities, equipping healthcare and education professionals and empowering those affected by eating disorders.


Beat are assisting Opiant with research into the effects of intranasal naloxone on eating behaviours in bulimia nervosa. 

Naloxone hydrochloride nasal spray is being developed for treating eating behaviours in patients with bulimia nervosa. 

The aim of this study is to find out how well the nasal spray affects binging and eating behaviours in patients with bulimia nervosa.


Beat and MAC are in partnership to assist Opiant with research into the effects of intranasal naloxone on eating behaviours in bulimia nervosa.

Do Digital Agency are continuing to expand their social responsibility and have selected Beat as their chosen charity for 2019. Do Digital are a 3D creative agency based in Cardiff and chose Beat after the charity was suggested through a staff consultation process.
