Support people with eating disorders this Christmas

For most people, Christmas time is an exciting time of year, but for people with an eating disorder it can be very difficult. What should be a happy time of year can bring feelings of anxiety, loneliness and guilt.

Last Christmas over 400 people reached out to our Helpline services when they felt they had nowhere else to turn. This year you can help us be there for even more people.

Take on London’s largest Santa Run, organise a Christmas bake sale, swap Christmas cards for donations to Beat or show your support with a Facebook fundraiser.  Every pound you raise will ensure that those affected by an eating disorder receive support 365 days a year, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.

Our Helpline services will be open 4 – 8pm from 24 December to 1 January.
