Helena is the Social Media Officer at Beat, creating content and community managing Beat’s accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, BlueSky, YouTube and TikTok. Helena’s role is to spread awareness for Beat and eating disorders through social media; and support those who are affected by eating disorders to find the help they need online.
