CPD Certificate Information

If you attended an event or training session and completed the evaluation form, including ticking the box to request a CPD certificate, your request is currently being processed by the CPD team. Please note that it can take up to 1 month after you have submitted the survey/evaluation—or after access to the recording has ended—for certificates to be issued. We kindly ask that you allow this time before contacting us.

To ensure you receive your certificate without delay, please make sure you register on myCPD using the same email address you used to book the course.

Here’s a quick guide to help you access your CPD certificate:

1. Please log in with the same email address that you were notified on.
2. If you do not have an account, please follow the instructions in the email and register with the same email you were notified on.
3. If you can’t remember your password, please use the forgotten password feature.
4. Try a different web browser to access the portal with.

Once logged in to The MyCPD Portal you should see a tab at the top that says ‘CPD record’ scroll down and you should see your learning activities listed, there should be a button on the bottom that you can click to Download your Certificate. This can sometimes take a couple of hours to appear.

We recommend that the domain cpduk.co.uk is added to your email safelist so that any certificates are received easily, as on occasions they may have landed in the spam/junk folder.
