Swan - Online Support Group

Swan groups are a confidential, inclusive and welcoming space for anyone with anorexia to share experiences with others in similar situations. You can attend as often as you like with no pressure to attend every time.

What happens at an anorexia support group?

Swan groups are facilitated by Beat staff, who help to kick-start supportive conversations and moderate in line with rules for online services. Groups have been designed to help you feel comfortable and able to take part in free-flowing peer support. Each group has an opening warm up, time for themed discussion, and time for free chat where you can share experiences, thoughts, successes and problems with others who relate to your situation.

Access the Swan Chat Room.
