There are many ways in which you can support the vital work of Beat. Several times a year we run an online information session where you can meet our volunteer coordinators and find out more about our volunteering opportunities.
The dates for our upcoming Volunteer Information Evenings are:
16th February 2024, 6:30-7:30pm
Use the link below to sign up for one of these events.
This will take place online, via the Teams platform and a link will be sent out a week before the event to those who have signed up.
The information evening will be a chance for the volunteer team to talk to you about our volunteering opportunities.
We'll share information on each type of role, what it involves, the requirements and the recruitment process. We'll also share some information on the impact our volunteers have to those we support and there will be the opportunity to ask questions.
We'll discuss next steps during the information evening for if you'd like to apply for a role. But you can also apply for available volunteer roles any time via our website.
The time it takes to go through the recruitment process will differ dependent on the role you’re applying for and more information will be shared on this in the information evening.
Absolutely you can - and you're in the right place! Have a read through the other information in this section of our website.
Yes! There will be the opportunity to ask questions at the Information Evening.
You can also email our team any time with questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. You should find lots of helpful information on these volunteer pages on our website too.
