What is the London Summer Walk?

A stunning scenic city walk, taking in the Capital's most iconic views. Slap on the sun cream and strut your stuff for Beat!

Join with your friends or family, or get your colleagues involved with a team trek! With two route options there’s a challenge for everyone and whichever challenge you choose, you’ll get full support all the way. The Summer Walk is strictly walking only and is open to all abilities!

The routes

Both routes start and finish alongside the grandeur of Woolwich Royal Artillery Barracks (short walk from the new Elizabeth Line station!)

The 25 km looped route heads through Charlton, along the Thames Path around the Greenwich Peninsula – past the O2, Old Royal Naval College and the fabulous Cutty Sark.

(The 10 km route is yet to be announced.)

Coloured arrows mark the routes, distance markers show how far along you are, and there's a map in the App just in case you get lost! ‘Trek Masters’ are out and about to provide support along the way too!

See more about the routes.
