Selling your crafts

Once you've created your crafts, share them with your community by selling them and donate the proceeds to Beat.

  • Sell online
Once you've created your crafts, take lots of pictures and start your fundraiser by creating your JustGiving page ready for donations. You can then share on your social media, text and email.
  • Advertise to your community
Reach a wider network and try and share on some local group pages to help spread the word.
  • Get a stall at a craft fair or market
Look online to find craft fairs or markets coming up in your area. These can be great places to sell your creations and you'll have fun meeting new people and spreading awareness for Beat.

Hold a craft workshop

Want to make an event of it? Host a workshop (or find a friend/local expert to host one for you) and share your loved craft with others.

  • Organise your workshop
Choose your craft you (or your expert) will demonstrate and pick a date and time to hold your event.
  • Event materials
Arrange all the materials you and your guests are going to need on the night.
  • Set up your JustGiving page
Sell your tickets through your JustGiving page. You can then share on your social media, text or email.
  • How to boost donations
Ask your attendees for a donation to Beat in exchange for their ticket. You can also boost your fundraising by selling pre-made crafts or holding a raffle/tombola at the event.
