You can self-refer into one of our programmes if you are supporting someone with an eating disorder. We have a range of fully funded programmes for those supporting a friend or family member in Scotland to help you gain confidence and develop the skills you need to support your loved one.
We have a free training programme - Developing Dolphins 2 - for Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED and other eating disorders. You can sign-up for these through POD - our e-learning platform.
Endeavour is a free peer support group for parents and carers of children and young people aged 5-15, with an ARFID (Avoidance/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) diagnosis and/or displaying ARFID behaviours and presentations. Sign-up on POD.
Our free programme Harnessing Hope is a skills workshop designed for those supporting someone with an Anorexia, Bulimia or Binge eating disorder diagnosis. Taking place online over five weeks, you will learn more about the impact of long-term eating disorders, as well as the tools and skills needed to support your loved one’s recovery. Sign-up on POD
Nexus offers 1-2-1 support for friends and family who are supporting a loved one that is experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder (BED) or OSFED (Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder). Loved ones do not need a formal diagnosis. Sign-up using our self-referral form.
