Self-referral, free of charge services for those based in Scotland.

You can self-refer into one of our programmes if you are supporting someone with an eating disorder. We have a range of fully funded programmes for carers in Scotland to help you gain confidence and develop the skills you need to support your loved one.

Support for those supporting a loved one - no diagnosis needed.

We have a range of free online workshops and training programmes for Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED and other eating disorders. You can sign-up for these through POD - our e-learning platform.

Support for those supporting a young person with ARFID.

Endeavour is a free peer support group for parents and carers of children and young people aged 5-15, with an ARFID (Avoidance/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) diagnosis and/or displaying ARFID behaviours and presentations.

Are you supporting someone who has had an eating disorder for 5 years or more?

Our free programme Harnessing Hope is a skills workshop designed for you. Taking place online over five weeks, you will learn more about the impact of long-term eating disorders, as well as the tools and skills needed to support your loved one’s recovery.
