Our Impact 2020-21

Thanks to your amazing support, we've been here for everyone who's struggled over the last year. We've seen demand for our Helpline increase from 3000 people in March 2020 to over 12000 just one year later.

Our Impact 2018-19

Beat’s helpline and support services helped over 28,000 people. That’s 11,000 more than the year before and is thanks to Beat supporters who are volunteering to help, whether by answering emails and webchats from home or by providing coaching for carers through our pioneering Echo programme.

Our Impact 2017-18

17,802 people supported by phone, email, message boards, social media, one-to-one webchat and online support groups.

Our Impact 2016-17

Our Helpline is now open 7 hours a day, 365 days a year, helping over four times more people.
