Developing Consensus on Perinatal Eating Disorder Care

Why is this research happening?

Researchers want to improve how eating disorders are recognised and supported during pregnancy and the first year after birth. They want to understand why eating disorders can be difficult to recognise or talk about during this time, what support feels helpful or unhelpful, and how services could support people better.

Who is doing the research?

This study is being conducted by Laura Fussell, Trainee Clinical Psychologist at Bangor University.

Email: lrf24vld@bangor.ac.uk

Who can take part

  2. Professionals or researchers working in this area from across the UK.

How can I take part and what does this involve?

Taking part will involve completing 3 short online surveys over several months. Each survey takes around 30 minutes.

Responses are anonymous, and you can stop taking part at any time without giving a reason. Information about available support will be provided.
