Beat may take photographs/images during the course of the awaydays which can be published in appropriate publications, videos or presentations produced by Beat. Any images may be used in both paper and/or electronic forms and all photographs or filmed material will be treated sensitively and carefully. By completing this form, you are giving Beat permission to use the photographs taken at the away day which may include your image.
The images may be used in our communications for the next two years. If you would like your image to be removed at any time during your employment, or if you terminate your employment, please inform both the HR and Marketing and Communications teams.
