The Individual Giving Lead role will work across all areas of Individual Giving including recruitment, retention, innovation and legacies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive candidate with experience working within Individual Giving to work in a growing area of the charity. With a varied workload the role will support the delivery of our individual giving programme and help secure a crucial share of the income for the team which will enable us to help more people than ever before.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the role is the opportunity to share our supporter stories to inspire and engage our donors to continue or begin their journey with Beat.

Candidates with the personability to work with people, with a positive attitude and ability to empathise with stakeholders will do well in this role.

Beat offers 5.25 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays which increases after 2 years, by a day a year to a maximum of 6 weeks. Additionally Beat provides membership of a Cash Plan Scheme to all employees and offers flexible working.
