Thames Path Challenge
This September invite your friends and family to join us in walking away from the isolation, silence and stigma caused by eating disorders. This incredible fundraising event for Beat will help us ensure fewer families have to face an eating disorder alone.
What is the Thames Path Challenge?
The Thames Path Challenge follows England's greatest river with 3,000 other trekkers - all will have a special reason to push themselves. There are four route options to choose from:
1st Quarter Challenge - Putney to Hurst Park, 28km, Saturday 7 Sept
2nd Quarter Challenge - Hurst Park to Runnymede, 22km, Saturday 7 Sept
3rd Quarter Challenge - Runnymede to Cookham, 28km, Sunday 8 Sept
4th Quarter Challenge - Cookham to Henley, 22km, Sunday 8 Sept
How can I take part?
Just pay £5 to register and raise £245 for Beat. You can set up a Just Giving page to get started here. You'll receive a fundraising pack and t-shirt from Beat too!
You’ll get full support and hospitality all the way from the event organisers Action Challenge, leaving you to focus on your trek! Book your route option here.

We strongly suggest that you consult your doctor/clinician before taking part in an event if you have a current medical condition. If you have personal experience of an eating disorder we also stongly suggest you have been out of treatment for at least 18 months and please read our fundraising guidelines.
