Thames Bridges Trek
This September invite your friends and family to join us in walking away from the isolation, silence and stigma caused by eating disorders. This incredible fundraising event for Beat will help us ensure fewer families have to face an eating disorder alone.
What is the Thames Bridges Trek?
The Thames Bridge Trek takes you across the Capital with unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points. Setting out from Putney Bridge - head East towards the City, zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges - each with its own fascinating story - and a mid point stop in Vauxhall for some snacks & drinks. 25km later, it's a finish line celebration in Southwark past the majestic Tower Bridge.
