With the weather still gloomy and the dark still creeping in early, why not take the opportunity to make time for yourself? A pamper evening is a wonderful way to practice self-care and spend time with friends and family. Get in touch and we’ll send you a pamper pack so you can raise money for Beat’s vital services at the same time.

If face masks and meditation aren’t your kind of thing, we’ve seen people do all sorts of relaxed fundraisers you can take part in from your own home, including games nights, film nights, quizzes and more.
