Access support for your eating disorder at Christmas

We understand that Christmas is a really difficult time of year for anyone affected by an eating disorder. Whether you're worried about yourself or someone you know, there is increased pressure around food and social occasions over the festive period.

That's why we'll be offering services throughout the holiday season, to make sure you can contact our Helpline advisors or chat to others online about what you're going through.

We're here to listen to your worries and concerns, and talk through next steps to help you cope with the coming weeks.
