Runners in the virtual TCS London Marathon will have 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds to complete the 26.2 miles on the course of their choice. You can run half in the morning and half in the evening, or run the full marathon in one go. Run it with friends or pick a route that is meaningful for you - it’s your choice!

If you have personal experience of an eating disorder or current health issues, you should not take part in the Virtual London Marathon if doing so could put your health and wellbeing in jeopardy. Applicants who have a pre-existing medical condition, may be required to provide a doctor’s certificate stating they have a suitable level of fitness to participate.

Any marathon is an extremely demanding physical challenge. We strongly suggest that you consult your doctor or clinician before taking part in this event, especially if you have a current or previous medical condition including any experience of an eating disorder. Please also ensure you read and agree to our Fundraising Guidelines.
