Invite your friends and family to join us in walking away from the isolation, silence and stigma caused by eating disorders. This incredible fundraising event for Beat will help us ensure fewer families have to face an eating disorder alone.
The Thames Path Challenge follows England's greatest river with 3,000 other trekkers - all will have a special reason to push themselves. There are four route options to choose from:
1st Quarter Challenge - Fulham to Hurst Park, 28km, Saturday 11 Sept 2021
2nd Quarter Challenge - Hurst Park to Runnymede, 22km, Saturday 11 Sept 2021
3rd Quarter Challenge - Runnymede to Cookham, 28km, Sunday 12 Sept 2021
4th Quarter Challenge - Cookham to Henley, 22km, Sunday 12 Sept 2021
Just pay £5 to register and raise £245 for Beat to take on the quarter challenge.
You can set up a Just Giving page to get started here. You'll receive a fundraising pack and t-shirt from Beat too!
Feel like going further? You can take on 1 quarter, half or the whole 100km!
You’ll get full support and hospitality all the way from the event organisers Action Challenge, leaving you to focus on your trek! Book your route option here.
