Making time in our lives for acts of self-care and encouraging our friends and family to do the same, is really important for our mental and physical wellbeing - what if we all did this more often?
You can do good for yourself and help Beat do good for others by organising a Pamper Night to raise funds.
Join Beat and fundraisers across the country to raise £7,700, the cost to run our Helpline services for one week, so we can sufferers and their families beat these isolating illnesses.

Your night can be as unique as you are. The fundraising pack will help you get started with our self-care bingo and bath bomb recipe but you can also download our face mask recipes and compliment jar activity for inspiration.
