Job description (should provide enough information to answer most questions) This post plays a key role in Beat’s small but busy admin team, working from the Norwich office but supporting colleagues across all sites.

The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the effective operation of organisational and office management systems. With a particular focus on IT and facilities, this Office Administrator role works to provide all colleagues at Beat with a safe and efficient working environment.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a friendly team and who is comfortable managing competing priorities. The post is for 18 hours/week and there is some flexibility in the work pattern.
