Invicta - Online Support Group

Beat hopes to launch Invicta, an Online Support Group for gymnasts with eating disorders. Our support groups are confidential, inclusive and welcoming spaces for people to share experiences with others in similar situations.

Before launching a new support group, it's important for us to understand if the group would benefit you and what you'd hope to get out of the group.
