Recruitment Process

Please download the application form below, complete and upload to the website. Applications via email will not be accepted.

We will review all new volunteer applications at the end of every week and you will be notified via email if you will progress to the next stage.

If you are successful you will be invited to an interview via a web conferencing platform.

After passing the interview stage and receipt of satisfactory references you will be invited to induction training via a web conferencing platform which will be held over four 90-minute training sessions.

Before volunteers are allowed to answer chats and emails, they go through dedicated training. The training in question has helped me greatly. Sandra

If you have personal experience of eating disorders, we ask you to meet our recovery criteria in order to safeguard your own wellbeing.
