Christmas Bake Sale

A classic fundraiser that will bring your family, friends or work colleagues together at Christmas. Our festive bake sale is a great way to raise vital funds.

Every pound you raise will ensure that those affected by an eating disorder receive support 365 days a year, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a total novice or a star baker – you can organise a bake sale with our five easy steps.

How to host a bake sale

  1. Find a venue and set a date: At home, work or school. You won’t need much space but make sure you get permission.
  2. Download fundraising materials: Our how-to guide and recipe card will help you get started and our bunting and baking checklist will help you on the day.
  3. Spread the word: Use our downloadable promotional poster to let everyone know your plans. Ask your workplace, school, university or community centre if you can put a poster up.
  4. Get baking: Mince pies and Christmas cookies are a simple way to get baking. Ask friends who have a signature bake to make a cake too.
  5. Donate and raise money:  Use your Beat collection box on the day, or set up a Just Giving page to raise funds and share your story so people can support you even if they can’t join in.
